Facility Overview
Yuefeng operates a 2,000㎡ GMP smart plant where cold-forming, coating, laminating, and slitting are completed within one building.
The site follows the Design Code for Cleanrooms in the Pharmaceutical Industry, featuring ISO8 / Grade D clean zones equipped with dedicated HVAC and plasma cleaning to keep aluminum foil under control at every step.
MES and WMS connect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished rolls while monitoring temperature, humidity, particles, and pressure to create a traceable “batch fingerprint” that supports DMF and packaging registrations.
One-way logistics, clean/dirty zoning, and an automated warehouse cut manual handling and cross-contamination so cold-forming products ship faster.
